The Portage Terriers will face the Waywayseecappo Wolverines tonight in MJHL action.

The Terriers are coming off a tough loss as they gave up a four-goal third period lead against Winkler last weekend. They look to rebound against the last-place Wolverines tonight at Stride Place. Terriers forward Ryan Sokoloski talks about the game,

"Well, with their new coach they've been stringing together some wins, so they're a hard-nosed team and they want to get more wins and try to climb up in the standings so it'll be a good game."

This is Portage's final home game before the Christmas break. Duncan Pierce stresses it's important not to look past Waywayseecappo, toward the break in the schedule,

"Obviously we don't want to take them lightly but we have to come prepared. Everyone is obviously thinking about the break coming up soon, but we still got a couple games left, and we want to finish off strong."

Puck drop is at 7:30 tonight at Stride Place.
