Original story

The City of Portage la Prairie is reporting that both the westbound and eastbound lanes of the Saskatchewan Avenue West railway crossing will be closed for maintenance and repair by CP Rail.

The closure will start on Thursday, at 9:00 a.m. and go until to Friday, at 8:00 p.m. East/West traffic will have to use the Portage bypass (highway 1) or detour around the crossing by using Park Avenue and 18th St NW just east of Craig Dunn GM.
