Portage's Salvation Army is receiving a boost in revenue tomorrow.

The chapter holds its Annual Harvest Sale, where they profit from the sale of donated produce to cover operational costs.  Captain BJ Loder explains a variety of produce is available and goes far beyond just carrots and potatoes.

Loder credits the community in advance for the funds generated and is optimistic they'll reach a thousand dollars considering the successful season for area farmers.

The Annual Harvest Sale goes tomorrow from 9 to 12.
