The reeve of the RM of Armstrong says it won't be easy to defeat the NDP government for the Interlake riding.

Garry Wasylowski felt is was time for a change, and submitted his name as a candidate for the Conservative Party.  He's confident he's the man for the job to address local concerns of health care and issues relating to the environment.  Wasylowski hasn't seen a sense of urgency from the NDP to fix these problems.

Wasylowski knows taking on the NDP isn't an easy task, considering it's been their territory for years.  But he does feel the Conservatives will win the next election.

Wasylowski is currently vice president of the Association of Manitoba Municipalities, and has been reeve for 14 years.
