The Red River continues to climb. Since Tuesday, the Red has risen at all locations between Grand Forks and St. Adolphe, including:

  • up less than one inch at Grand Forks to 45.64 feet
  • up 18 inches at Drayton to 39.06 feet
  • up 15 inches at Emerson to 783.41 feet (expected to crest between May 2-6 at 787.50 to 789.8 feet)
  • up 13 inches at Letellier to 780.51 feet (expected to crest between May 2-6 at 782.90 to 784.90 feet)
  • up 14 inches at St. Jean to 776.78 feet (expected to crest between May 3-7 at 778.40 to 781.1 feet)
  • up 16 inches at Morris to 773.44 feet (expected to crest between May 3-7 at 774.90 to 778.5 feet)
  • up 11 inches at Ste. Agathe to 766.17 feet (expected to crest between May 3-7 at 766.30 to 777.0 feet)
  • up 11 inches at St. Adolphe to 763.33 feet (expected to crest between May 4-8 at 762.80 to 766.2 feet)

Since Tuesday, the Roseau River has climbed less than one inch at Gardenton to 965.46 feet, has seen no change at Stuartburn, remaining at 949.24 feet and has gone up three inches at Dominion City (PR 200) to 781.19 feet.

Also, since Tuesday the Rat River at Otterburne has dropped six inches to 772.29 feet.
