Two of nine thefts that took place between November 11 and the 20th occurred on Tuesday 15th, with one in Portage la Prairie and the other in the RM of Portage. 

A Honda Generator EB5000X was stolen in the RM on Highway 305 during a break and enter. The serial number is 3037988.

Later that day at 5:15 p.m., a call was made to the RCMP about a theft in the 2400 block of Saskatchewan Avenue West. The suspect was restrained until police arrived and placed under arrest without incident. A 37-year-old Winnipeg woman stole items from another individual there. The suspect also obtained food fraudulently twice from the business. The woman faces charges of two counts of Obtaining Food by Fraud, Mischief Under $5000 and Theft Under $5000, and was released to appear in court at a later date.
