Funeral date and time:  January 16, 2016 at 10:30am

Nicholas “Nick” Piotkowski passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 10^th, 2016 at the Portage District General Hospital, Portage la Prairie MB., with his family by his side.

Funeral service will be held in the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Assumption on Saturday, January 16^th, at 10:30 AM with The Reverend Father Michael Tkachuk presiding.

Interment will follow in Hill Side Cemetery.
