An alleged terrorist plot to take down American planes has been causing chaos at airports.

British authorities made arrests yesterday after suspicions terrorists planned on using liquid explosives concealed in drink bottles to blow up the planes.  Canadian airlines are now banning anyone from carrying liquid based items on to the plane, including hair gel, coffee, shampoo and many more.  Travel Quest's Sandy Watson says the new rules will mean delays and encourages you to arrive for your flight extra early.  Watson believes these rules should have been implemented long ago.  Although most won't feel an impact by the changes, people who travel strictly with carry on luggage will have to plan ahead and pack, or be subject to searches.
