Leftovers from the snow and wind on Monday mean roads are icy this morning in and around the city of Portage. Challenging conditions yesterday had people slipping and sliding into ditches in the region and several highways were closed as a result. Although many are still icy, all highways have reopened this morning.

In the city of Portage, many roads are extremely icy and drivers are urged to add a few extra minutes to their drive early today to slow down due to the conditions.
