It looks like November will go out with a blast; a blast of winter that is.  A winter storm watch is in effect.  Environment Canada's Dale Marciski says we can expect snow to start this evening and continue through tomorrow, at times heavy.
There is potential for 10 to 15 centimetres of the white stuff, Marciski says this won't be the fluffy flakes we received over the weekend as the temperature will go up tomorrow creating wet and heavy precipitation.
Marciski explains there is a trough of low pressure over Saskatchewan combined with a low which extends down in to Montana, it should arrive in western Manitoba this afternoon, we'll keep you posted as this system develops.
