The Winnipeg Goldeyes and Calgary Vipers split a doubleheader last night. Ryan Hamilton drove in the winning run as the Goldeyes took the opener 2-1. The Vipers scored two runs in the top of the 7th inning and won the second game of the twinbill 5-3. Winnipeg's record is 17 and 14. The Goldeyes trail first place Fargo-Moorhead by five games in the Northern Baseball League's West Division. Winnipeg and Calgary will wrap up their four game series tonight at Can West Global Park.
