A Regina family says their van was sprayed with chemicals during a trip to Winnipeg in 2004.  The family is now suing a Manitoba crop dusting company after their van was left soaked in chemicals on the Trans Canada Highway near Portage.
Portage's Jonair was contacted about the issue, Owner Jon Bodie says they weren't in the air when the incident happened, adding his company has guidelines for when and where planes spray.
He says Jonair pilots will pay close attention to the wind to avoid having chemicals drift in to traffic.  The family claims the chemical made them ill and are suing for travel and medical expenses.
Bodie believes the incident has been blown out of proportion, noting the chemical was likely a fungicide which he says wouldn't cause damage to the van or cause illness.
