Winnipeg Police issued an emergency alert at 12:10 p.m. today asking for assistance in locating Sandra McLaughlin, a 63-year-old woman with dementia who was abducted this morning at about 1:55 a.m. Her vehicle was stolen and she was taken as well.
Police are looking for a blue 2012 Jeep Patriot with Manitoba License plate KXR 852. It was last seen westbound on Portage Avenue in Winnipeg.
Suspect is described as 6 feet tall with dark hair and was wearing a grey jacket, dark coloured shorts, a hoodie with white writing, sandals and white gloves.
