The Portage Terriers are swapping defencemen with a Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League squad.
The Dogs have shipped out 2002-born Brady Grasdal to the Nipawin Hawks for a player with an extra year of eligibility in Ranon Joseph.
Joseph played in 38 games at the Junior A level last season, split between Nipawin and the Drumheller Dragons of the AJHL. The defenceman finished the 2021-22 campaign with eight points and 82 penalty minutes.
