The Central Regional Health Authority gets the 'A-OK' from Manitoba Finance.

The RHA received the report from last year's internal audit conducted by the department, and it says the authority is operating in accordance with policy.  They were reviewed on five categories, including planning and organizing.

However chief financial officer Ken Klassen admits the Finance Department did express a few concerns relating to a deficit budget and updating procedures manuals.

But Klassen stresses the issues raised were minor.  He explains they've previously been identified by the RHA and an action place is already in place.

Klassen expects the next internal audit within four years.
