An Elm Creek day care center has undergone some changes in the years it's been operating.

Since the Elm Creek Stay and Play opened up last September it has undergone a few changes.

The facility, which is licensed to care for twelve kids no longer is licensed to care for infants.

Supervisor Stephanie Brewer says because of the little room they have, they couldn't accommodate several groups of children.

She adds they plan to expand in the future.

Brewer notes for now, the daycare is keeping busy with pre-school and school-age children.

Their numbers for this summer have been almost at full capacity, with the last two weeks in August the center is completely full.
