The U19 Central Energy are getting back on track after a tough start to the season.

The Energy split their doubleheader with the Westman Magic last night, dropping the first game in a 6-5 nailbiter and then bouncing back with a big 9-2 victory.

The win snapped a five-game losing streak for the Energy as they lost twice to the Smitty's Terminators and had to forfeit two contests. The girls started off the season with back-to-back wins over the Eastman Phillies, so they now have a record of 3-5 this season.

The Energy are back in action today with a doubleheader against the Phillies in Winkler. The squad will then look to hand Smitty's their first loss of the season on Saturday.
