The RM of Grahamdale has quite a few roads in need of repair. That from Reeve Clifford Halaburda, who says there are a large number of potholes and frost boils on roads in the municipality that need to be dealt with. Halaburda explains the situation.

"The roads are terrible this year here in our part of the country. There are a lot of frost boils and stuff like that and some culverts need repairs. With the high water table within the area there's sure been a lot of damage to roads in our

RM of Grahamdale Reeve Clifford Hallaburdamunicipality, and other municipalities as well, but ours is really bad."

Halaburda notes the inconsistent weather hasn't helped.

"Our roads are in really bad shape, but there isn't much we can do except wait for the weather to smarten up. We did get some rain in the area recently which should certainly help the roads and get things back into shape because we need to start our gravel program within the next month or so."

Halaburda says the worst roads in the RM will be dealt with first, noting they should all be fixed by the end of the year.
