At 11:24 last night a 911 call came in reporting a Ford Escape that rolled over on #240 South just south of Gainsborough with two occupants trapped. When firefighters arrived at the scene both occupants were still unable to get out of the vehicle, including the driver who was suspended in the seatbelt. The windshield was cut out and firefighters crawled in to remove both occupants. Both were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

At 7:00 this morning a pickup in the ditch in the water near Jeffries Nurseries. Both occupants were fine. A tow truck was all that was necessary to deal with the vehicle.

Crews are currently on the scene of a jack-knifed semi and a fuel leak on Highway 1 just east of Highway 13.

At this point it looks like highway conditions are a contributing factor.
