A popular Thanksgiving cribbage tournament is ready to get underway at the Herman Prior Centre. Executive Director Hope Faschoway says the George Murray cribbage tournament is an annual tradition at the Centre and always draws a good crowd. Faschoway notes this year's tournament starts at 1:30 Monday afternoon and will run until about 4 p.m. She says the event is completely operated by volunteers who come in and set everything up for the players.

Faschoway adds a potluck dinner is also part of the afternoon, so if you're planning to play they do ask that you bring along a dish to share with the group. She says the George Murray tournament is a wonderful event, noting if you don't know how to play cribbage there'll be someone there to help you learn. Faschoway adds it's a great time to spend with friends and family.
