The PCI Trojans fell 2-1 to the Cartwright/Nellie McClung/Pilot Mound/Treherne (CNMPM) Tigers yesterday in Zone 4 High School hockey at the PCU Centre.

Assistant Coach Darren Dalrymple wasn't disappointed with his club's effort in the loss. He says they just had trouble finding the back of the net.

"It's been a season long problem at times," he laughs. "We did have a lot of chances though and we're really proud of them. We were down two-nothing and came back to be all over them at the end and if we would've just got a bounce we would've been okay there."

Curran Ice scored the Trojans' lone goal in the third period. Dalrymple says the goals will come with a hard work, and luck.

Jaden Bohn looks skyward after missing a breakaway in the third

"We had two or three posts last night, and as long as we keep firing the pucks at the net they will eventually start going in."

The Trojans next game is Thursday against Prairie Mountain at the PCU Centre. They'll face the RCMP Saturday in a charity game.
