As the thermometer continues to climb this summer the focus is on keeping cool.  While it's important to keep yourself cool, Portage Chrysler Shop Foreman Rod Sheffield says you're also going to want to make sure you don't over heat your vehicle.  When out driving Sheffield stresses it's important to keep moving to regulate air flow.  He says smoke and steam coming out from under the hood as well as a hot smell are signs your vehicle is over heating.
If you notice any of these symptoms while on the road Sheffield says it's best to pull over and let your engine cool down.
