The Herman Prior Centre's board of directors has seen a few changes.

Executive Director Chris Dumont says they've elected four new members and seen a few shifts in their executive committee.

"Our new chairperson is Kathy Bryce, everyone knows her from the Sharpe Sisters. She has been on the policy committee and helping us get all of our things there so she's going to be a really great fit as the chair. Our previous chair, Joan Hewson, stepped down but she's still on the board," says Dumont. She adds they also have a new secretary as Harriet Turnbull took over the position from Edith Furdievich.

Dumont notes they new board is looking forward to the coming year, adding they're hoping to move forward and transform the Herman Prior into more of a community hub.
